Terms of Service

1. Service

PanelOnline is an operations platform for software houses and digital agencies: project and task management, invoicing with gapless numbering and public payment links, domain monitoring (expiry, SSL, DNS, HTTP), and scheduled PostgreSQL/MySQL backups.

2. Account

Sign-in is available through Google OAuth only. You are responsible for the Google account you use and for all activity in your workspace.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, to infringe the rights of others, or to disrupt availability for other customers.

Your use of AI features is also subject to the terms of the model provider you choose (for example, Anthropic for your own Claude API key).

4. AI features and BYOK

AI features use a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model: you bring your own Claude API key. The key is stored encrypted per account, and usage is billed directly by the key provider.

Availability and quality of AI output depend on the model provider. Features still in development are labeled as roadmap / coming soon.

5. Fees

Service fees follow the package agreed with us. Usage of your AI key (BYOK) is billed by the key provider, not by us.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available, including monitoring and scheduled backups, but the service is provided as is without an uptime guarantee unless agreed otherwise in writing (for example, an Enterprise SLA).

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the last three months of service fees.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
