Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

Your Google account data (name, email, profile photo) when you sign in through Google OAuth. We never see or store your Google password.

Operational data you enter into the panel: projects, tasks, clients, invoices, monitored domains, backup configurations, and your work groups.

Minimal technical logs for service security (access times, IP addresses).

2. How we use your data

Your data is used only to provide PanelOnline: running panel features, sending notifications, and showing your own reports.

We do not sell your data, do not share it with third parties for marketing, and do not use it to train AI models.

3. AI API keys (BYOK)

AI features use a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model: the Claude API key you store in the panel remains yours.

The key is stored encrypted at rest per account, used only to process your own AI requests, and can be deleted at any time from your profile page. We add no fees or markup on your key usage.

4. Data separation (multi-tenant)

Every row of data is scoped to your account. Workspaces are isolated between customers and cannot access each other.

5. Storage & security

Data is stored in PostgreSQL with restricted access, traffic is protected by HTTPS behind Cloudflare, and sign-in happens only through Google OAuth (no passwords).

6. Retention & deletion

Data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all of its data by contacting us.
